Becoming a member

Membership for regular and associate members

To join the network, applicants who meet the criteria (see bylaws document) must submit a written application (in a single PDF document), including the following documents:

• A letter of no more than two (2) pages, describing how their research program fits into PROTEO’s research focus and identifying at least three PROTEO members with whom they would like to collaborate, providing examples of projects for which a collaboration could be considered;
• An up-to-date CV, clearly indicating affiliations, publications, research grants and/or contracts, students supervised over the past five (5) years, and any other relevant information.

Candidates’ applications will be evaluated at the next scheduled GA. A decision will be sent in writing within 15 working days following this GA.

Membership for student members

Any student or postdoctoral fellow supervised or co-supervised by a regular PROTEO member automatically becomes a member of the PROTEO student and postdoctoral community.
