This financial support helps strengthen collaborations, promote scientific excellence within our community and contribute to the influence of PROTEO. If you are planning a conference and would like to benefit from this funding, we encourage you to explore this opportunity. We particularly encourage conferences organized by several PROTEO members.

In order to apply for financial support from PROTEO for the organization of a congress, please send us a letter containing the following information:

Name of the congress you wish to organize.
Date of the congress.
Role you will play in organizing the congress.
Detailed information about the conference:
- Main themes of the congress.
- Number of people expected to attend.
- Number of PROTEO members involved in the organization.
- Number of PROTEO members attending the conference.
- Link between the research themes of the congress and those of PROTEO.
- Values related to Sustainable Development and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, if applicable.
  Conference website (if applicable)
Total conference budget, amount requested from PROTEO and type of expenses this support will cover.
