Workshop – Science Communication 101

We are delighted to invite you to a science communication training session (in French) led by Jean-Daniel Doucet, science communicator.

Vulgarisation scientifique 101
Presenting is a sport! So, how can you deliver more impactful presentations and reach your audience effectively? By training! Always focused on action, science communicator JD Doucet will share his essential tips and tools for communicating science effectively, whether with friends and family, in the classroom, or through video. Everything you need to give your presentations your 100%!

After completing a master’s degree in biomedical sciences 15 years ago, JD became a science communicator with a wide range of roles. He has designed several workshops for the Montréal Science Centre and hosted events, including for the Fonds de recherche du Québec. He also developed the program for PROTEO’s École des protéines. JD is currently a content producer for Drôlement débrouillards, broadcast on Télé-Québec.
